Mango Avocado Salsa
We are currently obsessed with this mango avocado salsa. Use it to top off a salmon and rice bowl, eat it with chips, or just with a spoon like us!
MANGO AVOCADO SALSA
3 Bell peppers - we used yellow, red and orange
1-2 mango
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 avocado
1 lime
Finely chop bell peppers, then dice mango and avocado into small pieces. Add finely chopped cilantro, and combine with the other ingredients. Squeeze some lime on top, and you're ready to enjoy!
