

Mango Avocado Salsa
We are currently obsessed with this mango avocado salsa. Use it to top off a salmon and rice bowl, eat it with chips, or just with a spoon like us!
MANGO AVOCADO SALSA
3 Bell peppers - we used yellow, red and orange
1-2 mango
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 avocado
1 lime
Finely chop bell peppers, then dice mango and avocado into small pieces. Add finely chopped cilantro, and combine with the other ingredients. Squeeze some lime on top, and you're ready to enjoy!

GOOD FLIPPIN' PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
splash of Malk or Harmless Harvest Coconut Smoothie
1 organic banana
1 scoop cocojune yogurt (used the pure coconut flavor but any would do)
1 spoonful of almond butter
1 handful of organic spinach
1 cup organic mixed frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries, pineapple and coconut)
1 scoop Truvani Protein Powder - Vanilla
Blend together, top with an extra scoop of yogurt for added creaminess, and some dried strawberries (because why not)!

IMMUNE BOOSTING SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 orange (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 lemon (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
dice sized piece of ginger
splash of water or Cocojune yogurt
goji berries
Brinkley’s Good Flippin’ Pancakes (as needed)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, top with goji berries, and enjoy with a stack of Good Flippin' Pancakes
