IMMUNE BOOSTING SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 orange (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 lemon (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
dice sized piece of ginger
splash of water or Cocojune yogurt
goji berries
Brinkley’s Good Flippin’ Pancakes (as needed)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, top with goji berries, and enjoy with a stack of Good Flippin' Pancakes

Brinkley's Berry Bliss Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional) Brinkley’s Good Flippin’ Pancakes (as needed) Instructions: In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of mixed berries, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest (optional) over medium heat.
